Liaoning Xufeng Fine Chemicals Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Xufeng Jinghua") is located in the Fuxin Fluorochemical Industrial Park in Liaoning Province, covering an area of 180 acres. Xufeng Jinghua has a subsidiary, Fuxin Jinfeng Fluorochemical Co., Ltd., which is also located in the Fuxin Fluorochemical Industrial Park, covering an area of 50 acres. The company is a technology-based enterprise specializing in fluorine containing lithium battery electrolyte additives and fluorine containing pharmaceutical pesticide intermediates. Our company is based on "green chemistry" and utilizes high boiling materials in the production process of fluorinated materials to turn waste into treasure. We separate useful chemical products of different components as raw materials for the production and construction of a series of fluorinated fine chemicals with an annual output of 10000 tons.

With the vigorous development of China's new energy industry, the demand for lithium batteries in China is exploding. Lithium batteries have become the most favored secondary battery due to their advantages such as high energy density, high operating voltage, and long cycle life. However, with the large-scale application of lithium batteries, many defects have also been exposed, especially the safety and stability of lithium batteries, which are the focus of attention on the application side. To address these issues, various fluoride salt additives were added to the electrolyte, thereby improving the safety and stability of the electrolyte (lithium hexafluorophosphate and/or lithium difluorosulfonate). The lithium battery additive laid out in this project has the advantages of low dosage, significant effect on extending service life, and high safety. It is an economical and practical method to improve the related performance of lithium-ion batteries.

In addition, the fluorinated pharmaceuticals and pesticide intermediates involved in this project are aimed at products that are still in the foreign patent period, with the characteristics of high efficiency, low toxicity, and high added value. Our company has conducted preliminary product exchanges with Bayer, BASF, and Syngenta to lay a foundation for subsequent supply and deep cooperation.

Xufeng Jinghua relies on years of deep cultivation in fluorine chemistry research and development, engineering transformation, and market advantages. It plans to invest 1 billion yuan to build an annual production of 10000 tons of fluorine-containing fine chemicals project, with lithium battery electrolyte additives and efficient, low toxicity pharmaceutical pesticide intermediates as its target products. It serves electrolyte leaders such as Tianci Materials, Ruitai New Materials, New Zebang, Panasonic, and Lishen Battery, as well as German Bayer, BASF, and Swiss Syngenta Leading pharmaceutical and pesticide enterprises such as Zhongnong United and Zhongqi Technology. After the project is completed, it is expected to achieve a sales revenue of 2 billion yuan and a profit and tax of 600 million yuan.
