It is a white to slightly brown powder, belonging to the color reagent family. When used as a water-soluble reagent, it can be used to determine hydrogen peroxide by enzymatic spectrophotometry. Due to its good water solubility, high sensitivity, and strong stability, TOPS has been widely used. During clinical testing, venous blood should be collected from the test subjects first.
