Descriptions                 In order to decrease the air pollution, countries published many laws and regulations of restricting the VOC content of the solvent coating and encouraged to use the water base coating. Based on this marketing demand, SWD Urethane Co., USA took the social responsibility of environment protection, finished many scientific researches and developed the water base iron oxide red anticorrosion protective primer in the late 20^th century. This primer has been widely used in the industrial anticorrosion coating. It is green and environmentally friendly without damage to the environment and human’s health, no security risks.

Characteristics              Through special precision formulation and scientific process, this coating takes the environment friendly water base high molecule polymer resin and high quality iron oxide red as main material. Coatings is dense, with high impact resistance, plugging performance and penetrate resistance, excellent properties of rust resistance, anticorrosion, water resistance, wet resistance, oil resistance. With high adhesive strength on metal substrate, bond well with the following coating, it is one component water base product, easy to perform, without damage to people’s health and pollution to the environment ambient.
