Descriptions                 With the development of industry, the corrugation sheets roof has been widely used in various factory buildings in China. In usually the serious rusts and corrosions take place in the connection and screw fixing position of the roof then damaged it after 4 -5 years application by the industrial atmosphere and acid rain then lead roof to leak, and no able to work efficiently. In addition, influenced by weather temperature variation in summer and winter, the large shrinkage will take place in the seams between corrugation sheets then causes the common waterproof materials to be crack, peel off then finally failed waterproof function. Characteristics             Coordinate safe MDI system with non-benzene solvent for environmentally friendly basic resin, the product is processed into environmentally friendly coating. The coating cured by absorption and reaction with air moisture then generated the high molecule chemical structure. Inside of the high molecule structure of formed film coating contained except large amount of carbamate bonds but also ester bond, biurea bond methyl allophanate bond which greatly increased wear resistance of coating to bear industrial corrosion environment and natural weather damages, such as dust, hail and etc. With high density, flexible and high adhesive strength, the coating can firmly bond with corrugation sheets roof to be integrated and worked as the real waterproof skin protection. It also avoided coating cracking and peeling caused by corrugation sheets roof shrinkage distortion, so as to extend its life span to more than 20years.

Performance procedures     1. Treatment on connection seams and screw fixing position of corrugation sheets

 Clean up the surface to be no greases, no dusts and rusts. →brush high strength anticorrosion waterproof glue paste. → lay compound polyurethane reinforced cloth → brush high strength anticorrosion waterproof glue paste on polyurethane reinforced cloth → waiting for cloth surface dried  → brush the one component corrugation sheets roof anticorrosion waterproof coating twice.

 2. Overcoat whole roof the one layer of corrugation sheets roof anticorrosion waterproof coating, colors are available for customers’ choice.
