SN-3M Series of Medium-temperature Foaming Agents
Product Introduction:
This series of foaming agents is used widely in the foaming of such plastics as EVA, PE and PVC and multiple rubbers. In particular, it is suitable to the hot-pressing molding of EVA shoe material in large or small molds.

Application Specification:
This series of foaming agents may decompose at 160 or so in EVA/rubber mixture to give rise to useful nitrogen, carbon dioxide and a small amount of ammonia. The decomposing temperature of medium-temperature foaming agent is not high, no activator is needed to add for activating its decomposition, and it may decompose completely within a short time length without producing the unnecessary color resulting from the residual foaming agent. Or a small quantity of zinc oxide or stearates may be added to it to activate it so that it may decompose at a lower temperature.
The decomposition of this series of foaming agent is mild relatively, and the process of its decomposition matches the half-time of decomposition of bridging agent (DCP), so that the foaming speed may match the bridging speed. All of those lead to the following result: pores in the foamed products will become fine, the time necessary for foaming and bridging will be reduced, the performance of the foamed product will become excellent, and , in particular, the rebound elasticity will be enhanced greatly.
Like low-temperature foaming agents, this series of foaming agents may endow products with an adequate whiteness without adding too much such white paint as titanium dioxide, which helps to avoid such a consequence, other physical performances of he product is affected by adding too much white paint.
The series of foaming agents is free of the odor characteristic of formaldehyde generated by common low-temperature of foaming agents.
As an ideal improved AC foaming agent, the medium-temperature foaming agent integrates the merits of both high- and low-temperature foaming agents together.

This series of foaming agent features excellent stability when stored under the common temperature. It should be kept in the cool and dry place and be kept far from hot steam pipeline, fire source, and direct sunlight. Never let it contract direct acids and alkalis. It is suggested that good ventilation conditions should be realized where the foaming agent is treated or mixed. Be careful not to inhale its powder, not to make frequent skin contact with it and not to swallow it.
A bag contain 25kg of this kind of foaming agent, bags are packed in cartons or barrels, depending on clients’ demand.
The total weight of this foaming agent series in a batch amount to 3 Tons. While using the foaming agent of the same batch, users may test only a handful of it for confirmation, if the test result is ok, then they may use the whole batch with certainty.
