Qinghai Liyada Chemical Plant, established in August of 1995, is a private technological enterprise specialized in producing boron products. It is located in Ganhetan Industrial Zone in Huangzhong County in Qinghai, covering an area of 20,000 sq.m. It enjoys beautiful environment and transportation convenience, about 20km away from Xining杢he province capital.

Now our factory has total assets of RMB 19.91 million and 86 employees, including more than 20 ones with college or university education background, 3 senior engineers, 10 engineers and several assistant engineers and artificers, 15 technicians engaged in technical research and engineering. The managerial staff is young and intelligent, leading to the considerable technological superiority and the solid foundation for further development of the factory.

We have set up our own mine supply office in Gelmu to manage the mine resource and its dispatch. And we have set up two sales offices out of Qinghai Province, to take charge of the product sales and capital circulation. We have established an R&D center engaged in the development of new products. Till now, our factory has developed into a fairish scale, with strong research, development, production and marketing abilities. In the factory, there is a semi-automatic boric acid production line, recycle device of mother liquor of boric acid, as well as apparatus for producing boric acid and magnesium sulfate. Our main product朾oric acid enjoys good market prospect. Every year, we can produce 4000 tons of boric acid and recycle 6000 tons of magnesium sulfate. Tested by Qinghai Chemical Product Quality Supervision and Inspection State, our boric acid meets GB53890 first-class standard. In April of 2002, our factory was registered to ISO9001. Our揕IYADA攂oric acid is the best in national boron trade, and are sold well throughout the country and highly praised by all clients for high quality.

For our continuous effort on innovation, we have gained more and more achievements. In 2002, our factory was awarded the honorary title of揌igh-tech Township and Village Enterprise攂y Xining City Government. In 2002, it was awarded the title of揚rivate Technology Enterprise攁nd the certificate of honor by Xining Science and Technology Bureau. In 2005, it was awarded as Excellent Enterprise in Ganhe Industrial Zone by Huangzhong County Government. In December of 2005, its establishment of揈nterprise R&D Center攚as authorized by Xining Science and Technology Bureau. In May of 2006, it was awarded the certificate of honor枔The Third Batch of Test Units for National Intellectual Property Project in Enterprise and Public Institutions攂y? State Intellectual Property Office of the PRC.

For the resource superiority of our province, we innovate technologically, and have successively developed seven patent techniques including揕ow-grade Boron Mine Rich Processing Technique,揜ecycling Boric Acid from Boric Sludge,揟he Producing Method of Recycling Magnesium Sulfate from Mother Liquor of Boric Acid,揝alt Lake Low-grade Boron Mine Rich Processing Technique攁nd揜ecycle of Boron in Tail Sand after Boron Mine Processing, etc, three of which have obtained揘ational Patent for Invention. And we are the pioneer for the揜ecycle Technique of Mother Liquor of Boric Acid攊n our country. In 2001, we were awarded the揚rovince Scientific and Technological Achievements攁nd揅ity Scientific and Technological Achievements. In 2005, we were awarded the揝econd Prize of Scientific and Technological Progress in Xining City. In 2004, our project of揝alt Lake Low-grade Boron Mine Rich Processing Technique and Industrialization攚as listed in National New Scientific and Technological Projects. It was finished in July of 2004, and we have got the certificate for it after checked and accepted as National Innovation Fund Project. Our project of揘ew Calcium Borate Product攄eveloped from boron concentrate though rich processing was checked and accepted by Xining Science and Technology Bureau in November of 2004, and we have obtained揅ity Scientific and Technological Achievements攆or it. In 2005, this project was listed into National Innovation Projects. Our success in executing it has accelerated the development of boron and glass fiber industries in and out of our province.

For increasing effort on innovation, our Enterprise R&D Center has successfully developed calcium borate, sodium perborate, capacitance-grade boric acid, high-grade boron fertilizer for lives, zinc oxide and such industries, to prepare new-tech products for the renewing of our products. At he same time, we have solved some technical problems in production, and further improved the level of our technical staff. The reason we can get so many achievements is that our managers pay much attention on the knowledge and skill training for employees. In order to improve every employee抯 work level, and adapt to the demands in the new development situation, we have placed more investment on hardware of our factory, and trained our employees on computer application although in short of expenses. Now our technical and managerial staff have skillfully mastered computer application. Through computers, they can make drawing design, manage product sales and search information and data form Internet, so as to serve the enterprise through high technology.

In the future, we will take market as direction, technology as support, talents as root and management as base, to gradually improve our enterprise force, form fairish scale effect, and soundly develop our factory. We will place more investment on research and development, keep technological and managerial innovation, develop new products, expand the reproduction scale, form the new possession with self-dependent intellectual property, create products with patent and famous brand and occupy both domestic and international markets. We will try to make our factory larger and stronger, to maintain its strong competitive force.
