Illustration With EPR as base material, added with reinforcing agent, softening agent, filling agent, antioxidant, curing agent, totally blended by internal mixer, DCJ 30A—90℃ EPR Insulation Compound make by our company is the product used for electrical cable insulating layer. It has excellent propertities such as heat-resistance, ozone- resistance, electrical non-conductivity and it is easy to process and store. II. Application It is a kind of specially used insulating material for shipyard cable, motor & electrical outlet cable, heat-resistant connection cable of electric apparatus, etc. under 1 KV. It can be used for long time under the temperature at -40℃～90℃. The material is highly flexible, easily blending and moving. So the cable can be easily installed and laid.
